REFUND POLICY

PULSE Platform

1. General Principles

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and services provided by GoNetworking S.R.L. through the PULSE Platform.

The Platform provides software-based digital functionality only. All purchases made through the Platform relate to digital content, software access, or digital access credentials.

By completing a purchase, the User agrees to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Tokens

2.1

Tokens are digital usage units credited to the User's account immediately after successful payment.

2.2

Due to the nature of digital content, token purchases are non-refundable once credited to the User's account.

2.3

Tokens have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2.4

Refunds may only be issued in cases of:

  • duplicate transactions,
  • technical errors resulting in incorrect charges,
  • proven payment processing errors.

3. Subscriptions

3.1

Subscriptions provide time-limited access to enhanced software functionality.

3.2

Users may cancel a subscription at any time through their account settings.

3.3

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle the User to a refund for the current billing period.

3.4

Refunds for subscriptions are only granted in cases of:

  • proven technical malfunction of the Platform preventing access,
  • duplicate or erroneous charges.

4. Digital Event Access

4.1

The Platform may provide digital access credentials for events.

4.2

Refunds for event access are granted only if:

  • the event is officially canceled, and
  • the organizer confirms eligibility for refund.

4.3

The Platform acts as a technology provider and does not guarantee event performance.

4.4

No refunds are granted for:

  • failure to attend an event,
  • dissatisfaction with event content,
  • schedule conflicts.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Content Waiver)

5.1

By purchasing digital tokens, subscriptions, or digital access, the User expressly agrees that the digital content is provided immediately after purchase.

5.2

The User acknowledges that once digital access is granted, the right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection laws) is waived.

5.3

This waiver applies to digital content delivered electronically.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

6.1

Users agree to contact the Platform's support team before initiating any chargeback.

6.2

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of the User's account.

6.3

The Company reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

  • date of purchase,
