All Platform software, branding, and related materials are owned by GoNetworking S.R.L. or its licensors.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law.
GoNetworking S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
No system is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security risks, or abuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions are published on the Platform.
